Oh Snap, “Nerd” news Sept. 22

I’m a big PC gamer and I just read  a story from techradar.com saying the Intel, what that’s right INTEL’s new CPU maybe the new wave in GPU/CPU video gaming. What does that mean for you and me, nothing RIGHT NOW but in a few years no more Nvidia, or AMD GPU war? Sure I’ll have to buy all new Computer again, but with computer prices dropping that shouldn’t be a problem, (unless the economy drops too, or I can’t find a job in a week!) PS3 and DRM to things that are not great together!

I’m so screwed I have the 40gig PS3, I bought it for the Blu-ray, and now I was thinking about getting a bigger HD for it. Now I can’t because I didn’t read the fine print again. That’s if I want to buy a video fron their lovely PS3 video store before I upgrade I could lose it because and I quote.

” If you perform any of the following operations after backing up, copyright-protected video files in the backup data may not restore correctly.

• Format the hard disk
• Restore the PS3™ system
• Move copyright-protected video
• Download copyright-protected video
• Play copyright-protected video that has a time restriction for the first time”

Well there you have it I guess that means now movie downloads till my new drive and I better make it a big one so I don’t have to back up too many times. Now Sony says you can call them up and fix this problem, but should I have to? I hope they get this fixed, just like they need to fix the 40gig PS3 playing PS3 games with software emutaltion. Oh Snap Beer review…ZiegenBock Amber

Ziegen Bock, what type of name is that for a beer that is brewed exclusively for Texas?  That’s right if you live in Texas this beer is old new if you don’t make the drive, get a bottle and taste the goodness. I was surprised to find out this is an Anheuser-Busch beer. The taste is more of a full beer not like the Bud line of beers which was a great change. This beer also wasn’t too strong for the man who wants a different taste but not the,” damn I’m drinking bread!” feeling from a beer.

Now for my mistake, I drank this beer while playing my favorite game WOW (World of Warcraft). Not a real problem other than I was not thinking about the beer so I can give it a real review. I was was sipping and killing  bears, spiders, and the occasional murloc. So I do like the beer I don’t think it’s super special, it’s a great change if you’ve been drinking Bud Light all day! So this beer gets a, “Oh snap I’m glad I’m in Texas!” or a solid B!!

Giving me more reason to go to work and make “swear jars”. Hell I may just go to offices I don’t work at and start “swear jars”!!

Oh Snap snow in Africa!

Ok now I believe in global warming, damn Africa gets snow what’s next heat wave in Iceland. It is funny to see them going crazy with the snow at the end of the video. I just hope the guy eating the snow was watching out for the color of the snow! You know what I mean!!Ok enough easy jokes, I’m out like ozone baby!!

Oh Snap, it’s the pods from,”Invasion of the Body Snatchers!!”

Ok not really but they kind of look that way, I mean wow this is the new coffin. Plus it’s green that’s right it’s a green coffin that means when you die you can either degree with you confines or rise up a lot easier as a zombie. Calling Agent Zulu I think they’re tring to make it easier for the attack to come. Bio degradable coffins and urns, well maybe not the urns!

Oh snap, This guy does not look like a Nerd, really!

Ok I tease this guy only in the fact that he really isn’t helping me get my wife to play the game . He looks like what every person thinks a World Of Warcraft (WOW) player looks like. I know this is not true I mean I and only 140 lbs. soaking wet and I only have have one sci-fi poster on my office wall. very little facial hair and I’ve only seen “Lord of the Rings” 100 times and the extended versions 200 times. Hmmm ok so maybe I still have the nerd ball rolling But at least I didn’t do a whole series on how to play WOW in nerd uniform.Any who this site really has some good how to’s. Now if I can only get my wife to Level up a night elf female Shammy with big breasts…I’m in like flint!Oh snap I’ve gone to far again…I’m out like Gustav! (What too soon!)
